How Do We Work?
We value our team’s work-life balance, and measure our team’s progress in work done rather than in hours worked. We believe in a truly flexible work schedule where developers can manage which days to work and when to work as long as the project’s goals are met.
Being based in Italy, the only requirement is to be reachable via chat or voice calls (meetings) in a fixed timespan on fixed days within our timezone, so that everyone is available at the same time to answer questions and help when needed.
